Before you write your business plan you need to have full understanding of your business model. In this workshop, you will learn how to frame and answer key questions about a business model and its execution using the Business Model Canvas framework by A. Osterwalder. You will design the entire operation of your business starting from your value proposition; you will identify key partners, revenue sources and your customer base. At the end of this workshop, if needed, you will be one step closer to write a successful and effective business plan.
