This program will feature one of the New York City area’s foremost authority on the topic of Surety Bonding. Any Prime or Sub Contractor that aspires to do significant business with Local, City, State or Federal agencies needs to be prepared to secure a “Bond”. Similar to being insured, (or not insured), not having a bond may disqualify you from getting a very choice piece of business from a procuring agency. Our guest facilitator has trained hundreds of contractors from all over the NY/NJ area on how to be successful in securing this little understood necessity in doing business with the Government.
