Carla Vazquez, Certified Business Advisor, and Jon Lazenby, Attorney, will present “Legal Considerations for Starting a Small Business.” Mr. Lazenby's legal practice specializes in counseling small businesses.

Those attending will learn about key basic legal issues that need to be addressed when starting a small business.

Topics discussed will include choice of business entity, tax considerations, intellectual property, contracts and more. The program is appropriate for both first-time entrepreneurs and those who have recently started a small business.
