The College at Brockport Small Business Development Center and the Central Library of Rochester & Monroe are hosting a seminar presented by Michael Krause, President of Sales Sense Payments – a successful Rochester-based consulting firm.

Krause has a few, and in fact at least 10, tactics, strategies and winning methods used by successful companies to generate new sales; build customer loyalty, and ultimately realize higher profits.

His program will include: achieving techniques to generate buzz and free publicity; effective networking techniques; how to implement social media programs that really work - and much more.
