Financial Literacy: The Myth, The Legend and The Truth

10/17/2018   10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Many people with dreams of owning their own business quite often have grandiose plans or exaggerated expectations. Phrases like “How tough can it be?”, or “ This business cannot miss!” quite often dominate the preliminary planning mindset. Sometimes the opposite is the norm. Some are overcome and frightened by the perceived enormity of the anticipated start-up process. The “Truth” lies somewhere in the middle. This program will help attendees understand how to best harness their dreams and articulate a business concept. The session will also address issues that will help attendees prepare themselves with regards to financial preparation, expectations and “bank-ability".

Registration is required as seating is limited. RSVP online.
