Small Business Legal Clinics – NELP’s legal clinics are an opportunity for entrepreneurs to receive free legal advice during a 30-minute consultation with a volunteer attorney regarding their small business legal issues. Frequently discussed topics include: business structure, incorporation, contracts and agreements, commercial leasing, and intellectual property protection.
