In business, things go wrong, situations arise, people disagree and circumstances change. Having a written contract to refer to will save time, money and aggravation. If you end up in court a judge will ask, “Did you get it in writing?” Hoping that people do the right thing is a recipe for disaster. Having a written contract to refer to is essential!
