“Corporate Culture” refers to the attitudes, beliefs, mindsets and rules within a company and the way in which employees interact and co-exist with each other and with management.
If your workplace is a mix of men and women of different generations and backgrounds then you should be concerned with the ‘Corporate Culture’ that you promote. The goal is to create a culture environment in which all employees feel appreciated, respected, honored, valued, relevant, fulfilled and cared for. As business leaders, if you provide everything your “PEOPLE”, your “HUMANITY” need to be and do their best, they will in return give you back everything you need to lead a successful business.
